‘In Absentia Lucis’ Paulina Surys

Paulina Surys is a photographer who prefers the old analogue techniques of her practice. Her images bridge art and fashion in both style and form, and are at once mesmerising, haunting and thought-provoking in content. Surys also once collaborated on a magazine, aptly named ‘Collaborate’ with ShowStudio, Mother of Pearl, David Bailey, Polly Morgan, Damien Hirst and Pierre Hardy and is a book of her works is due to be published very soon. A rising star in the art-does-fashion photography sector we thinks.
